Rolls S-Series S48-100LFP STACK-LV is a high-performance 48-volt energy storage module engineered for fast installation, seamless inverter integration, and scalable system design. Built with 100Ah prismatic LiFePO₄ cells, each module provides 5.12kWh usable storage in a compact, stackable form factor ideal for residential and commercial energy storage systems. Designed with installers in mind, the S48-100LFP STACK-LV system and LFP STACK BASE+TOP ASSEMBLY (sold separately) allows simple modular expansion up to 8 units (40kWh). Streamlined dual rear terminal connections with 200A busbars simplify connection and allow up to 400A charge & discharge capability (5+ modules). Built for performance & reliability, each module integrates a custom Battery Management System (BMS) providing full system protection and supporting up to 1C charge and discharge capability for demanding energy storage applications. An external side-mounted breaker, BMS switch and relay ensure safe assembly and efficient balancing when necessary. With Bluetooth connectivity and the Rolls LFP Connect app (iOS & Android), installers and homeowners can monitor battery state of charge, voltage, and system status, access product documentation and manuals, assign inverter communication protocols, and connect via support ticket with Rolls Technical team. The S48-100LFP STACK-LV is UL 9540 Ed. 3, UL 9540A, and UL 1973 certified, ensuring compliance and safety for residential ESS installations. Integrated RS-485 and CAN bus communication ports enable closed-loop compatibility with industry-leading inverter brands. Inverter protocol configuration is fast and straightforward using Rolls LFP Dashboard V2 PC software via the included RS485-to-USB cable, or wirelessly through the Rolls LFP Connect mobile app.
